Pure sauna pleasure on 180 square meters: steam bath with brine - which is probably unique in the East Friesland region. Relax in the salt grotto with Himalayan white crystal stones "from the roof of the world", which works like a graduation works and helps with allergies, bronchitis and stress, among other things.

You can choose between: Cold Mist (Cold Mist) fragrance mint, Tropical Rain (Tropical Rain) with dosing system melon, as well as Scottish Rain (Scottish Rain) and cooling shower with dosing system mint. And as another special feature, a fireplace corner has been installed, which provides a cozy atmosphere. In addition: Finnish hay sauna and bio-herbal sauna!

Our sauna garden was also redesigned and expanded. On 150 sqm invite - not in sight! - three wooden terraces invite you to relax, which have sun from noon to evening and give a very special atmosphere with sunset at dusk. With a lot of greenery, framed by cherry laurel, perennials, hydrangeas, bamboo and other plants and bushes, we have set further feel-good aspects here.

And our varied Relaxation and well-being program naturally includes, in addition to many international treatments, a regional pampering program: with Thalasso treatments we correspond to the sea, with our Forsthaus bath we bow to our forest and with the Moor bath this region is also included in a soothing overall concept.
